They believe wearing turquoise brings good fortune to the wearer and insures favor with their Yei (mediators between man and the supernatural). They also believe that when thrown into a river with the proper ceremonies it will aid in bringing rain. Neck cord of navy blue leather centered by a pendant of faceted Simulated Turquoise with a sterling silver handmade bail. Finished off with a sterling silver hook and eye clasp with 2.5" extender chain
